TAI CHI OUTDOORS
Tai Chi is a series of Qigong (Chi Gung) movements that are gentle, flowing, meditative and healing. It can be done sitting or standing by people of every age and physical condition. Join instructor Annamarie for this easy beginner course and enjoy Tai Chi on the patio/observation deck of the French Creek Nature Center (will meet indoors if weather is inclement).
